Rare Eureka cue by Burroughes & Watts for sale.
Antique butt with modern shaft, so the best of both worlds, with what has got to be the sexiest badge ever produced ! Brief history of this cue is, i bought it as a centre split cue but the shaft was not the original, so i decided to send it to Andy Travis who did a brilliant job of converting it into a 3/4 cue supplying a great ash shaft to increase the length and make the cue playable for me. Unfortunately it just doesn't get used enough so decided to let someone else have the chance of appreciating it as it should. Nice bright Tulip wood splices on a macassar ebony butt which has been polished up using Airin's (poolqjunkie) cue oil and looks pretty good in my opinion.
Specs are: length 58", ferrule diameter 9.5 mm, weight 17.8 oz, butt diameter 31 mm max, although about 28 mm where you hold it, balance point 17 1/2", jointed at 19"
