Thanks Narl for your advice...I totally agree.
However, I just thought that to test the cue straightness by rolling on the table is a very simple way to do. To sighting the cue down , the tester must know how to perform the test and would have a good judgement to tell whether the cue is straight or slightly bend.

It is hard to judge sometimes when sighting down the cue from the butt end, but if you do it from the tip end you may find that it's much more obvious. One of the cue makers recommended this but I forget who.Tear up that manure-fed astroturf!
