  • eBay GBL 3/4 C6 design cue for sale

Top of the range GBL 3/4 C6 design cue for sale
Very nice cue this, people who havn't tried a GBL cue yet really should ! They are top quality indeed, only selling as ive got a custom cue on order and trying my best to not get too attached to another cue whilst i'm waiting. Currently im playing with a one piece GBL of similar design. These C6 cues retail for £274 direct from Greenbaize, which imo is still an absolute bargain for the amount of work involved.

Specs are: length 58 1/4", ferrule diameter 9.5 mm, weight 18 oz, butt diameter 29 mm, balance point 18", jointed at 16"

Price SOLD incl. delivery by Parcelforce 48 (UK only, sorry)

Had a couple of requests now for pics of the shaft as a whole, but my camera just isn't good enough to show up the grain
So i shut the blinds and took segmented pics, best i can do sorry. (These are pics of the shaft with the badge facing upwards)

                      Thanks for your patience John

i was worried that it may have been lost in transit

Anyhow I recieved this cues yesterday and the first thing that I noted were the quality of materials the finish and the execellence of execution in buolding the cue. the splices were all dead even top and bottom and whilst the shaft did not have very even arrows or staright grain for that matter the ash used was not by any means inferior. it was silky smooth and stiff. Not too stiff and poker straight. The materials used were second to none and i tried very hard to look for any defect. but at the end of the day it was the splicing that I can honestly say cannot be beaten forthe simple reason that all splices, even the veneers were absolutely spot on. not even a mm off and that is something I have only seen on one cue( a 2007 Woolridge) and that did not have the level of complexity splicework that this cue has. For the 150 quid I paid for this cue I am very happy and although I have to get used to it this is a keeper. I guess I will have to look out for a one piece next time.
