I really would love to be able to say wow its great but i can't! - ok well here goes.

the cue cost me £209 in total so it is not a cheap cue but it has a number of basic faults.

Firstly its 56.7" long 9.4mm and more than 18oz !!!

secondly and most annoying the butt is covered in a thick piano style shallac type varnish - if anyone remembers the old powerglide cues of the 1980's that's the sort of thing, so that over time the shaft will darken and there will be an annoying line between the two different finishes.

next, and its a really serious problem for me as i have a trade a/c with them and do tens of thousands of pounds worth of business with them - the cue is badged as a peradon king!

lastly its not finished properly, all the brass work is rough and heavily scratched and the tip is like it has been stamped from a bikers jacket so for joe public as it arrives it is totally unusable!

all that said its a nice piece of ash and its well spliced so once stripped down and refinished properly it will make a decent cue but anybody who thinks this is a cheap way to buy a cue that is Mike Wooldridge / Trevor white quality is going to be disappointed because as it arrived it is not and it takes skill and knowledge to fix it.

What, you mean other cue makers get cues made abroad then ship em back in and sell them as though they made them?

Who'd have thought such a thing?
                      One day I'll make a century, I've knocked in a 51!

Well im very confused now !!
Why is it badged Peradon ??? do they make these cues for Peradon, or just stick on any old badge they have lying around ???
I thought it would be this "C" brand thing ???????????????

Fancy sending that to ADR, gott lol really int ya....

You'd think they'd be sure to get it half tidy knowing ADR was only buying it to have a looksy and have an opinion on them.

                            Oh dear...
