Too late for my North Wales case ....the ends are knackered .

There was a member on here Gareth who put some on a case that he had made himself , they looked very good .

Stu Green got some GBL Leather Cases with the Brass Corner Pieces on and they look ok! Normally I hate them look Terrible but those dont look too bad I phoned Stu and he said Supplier dont supply him with Spares and they Not Uk Based.

I was thinking exactly the same, I have had the same thoughts about most corner protectors I have seen but those corner brasses from GBL look very nice. And I was going to contact Stu as well. Maybe if a few of us do so he may had a new market for this on their own.
Another question, does anyone have any advice to protect the leather surface, I thought using good normal shoe wax polish (Kiwi), is that ok or should I use something else?
I ask because I got caught in a recent downpour and the surface had a bubbly effect from where the rain drop landed, which did go after I wiped down and it dried out, I just would like that not to happen again

Ive got a leather case on order myself, was thinking of using small transparent adhesive feet on the ends to try and protect it, ordered these from ebay to see if theyre upto much:

Parris cues are using something similar in the form of 4 brass studs on their case ends, obviously better wearing than rubber but rubbers not bad for a cheap substitute i suppose. https://www.parriscues.com/images/ga...e-features.jpg

I wonder if Tony (or the others) do the "corner" type as per the GBL photo and not the "straps" as per the Glover image?
