Tough to get one at 110VAC, however I use a normal one which is set for 240VAC but I have to wait twice as long for it to heat up, but it eventually does. The other neat thing is you can use a computer monitor power cord as the plug on the monitor side fits perfectly. No problems with mine.

I think I may have what you are looking for. I have just bought a new Dowsing iron. I intended to refurbish my existing iron and stripped it down, but then I encountered difficulties and decided to buy a new one.
