Julius have you Received the Elk Master Tips I sent you? Have you sent my Blue Diamond Plus Tips out if so when did you send them out.

Julius has communicated, has refunded my money until the tips turn up so apart from not sticking the right stamp on the envelope, he hasnt done anything wrong or sinister from where im sat.
J, hopefully I will get a royal mail card or something telling me the tips are about sometime soon and will then make the payment to you.
Im guessing that the tips have been sent as standard 1st class but because Royal Mail are so crap they have classed them as a thicker packet. Easy mistake and im sure Julius is paying the price with arsey messages in his inbox.

my wax turned up, cost me an extra 1.12, but still ceaper than just the wax without postage from craftsman so i cant complain!
