All Trevor White cues are as good as the next.

Do you mean does he do a top of the range cue ?? If so then the nearest it gets to that is asking for a "selected shaft" which he charges extra for (maybe £60), apart from that i think all his cues are of the same high quality.

don't really know what you mean but cues do not come any better than that one.

ADR147 is one of the best people to advise you about cues. You can completely trust his opinion.

The bitter taste of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

I have an Ultimate 1pc JP and I'm not used to the cue
I am looking for a cue 3/4 and 3 manufacturers have in mind
                          1 Mike Wooldridge
                          2 Robert Osborne
                          3 Trevor White
Which one would you advise me to buy

All top class so shouldn't have a problem with any of them. If a cue comes up you like the look of it and it suites your specs for the right price then I'd advise buy it, if it plays well keep it, if not sell it on. The good things with most cues is that you can sell them on for good prices (generally speaking).
