With zero feedback and the laughable Jimmy White story on eBay you will be lucky to get a bid at all, as for £650 on here I'm not sure anyone would want to deal with such a childish, un-reasonable person, even if it was a bargain. I know i certainly wouldnt

And I do respect ADR and will, but when someone says that the cue might not be a original H&O then you have to prove them wrong, I come on here selling a real pearl of a cue just to get it shot down in flames when the fact is the cue is genuine,

actually your attitude came across as both personal and nasty. - btw jimmys cues would be 9mm and heavier, oh and round!

If it wasn't personal than you wouldn't have specifically brought either of our names into it, nor would you have claimed we knew nothing about cues. If you wanted to forget all about it then you wouldn't have brought us up again. Please refrain from calling me Willywonka or any other name other than mine as I do find it personally insulting, especially when you are questioning my knowledge of cues (which as I said, I've never claimed to have a lot of). I would appreciate it if you left me out of any further comments. I wasn't taking the **** but if I was it wouldn't be without reason as I feel your Jimmy White claims are beyond ridiculous. I will rarely cause or get involved in 'arguments' but I feel I had done nothing except state my observations and have a little bit of light-hearted fun. I am willing to forget about it if you please stop going on about it. Thank you and good luck with your sale.

LOLOLOL ok lets just leave it there coz its getting silly isnt it, I know what the cue is and thats all that matters. Thanks for your advice, Please refrain from mentioning this again or the subject. Don't judge a book by its cover, and who knows if the Jimmy White thing is true, I hope it is.anyways all forgotten about cheers

i have seen a few h&o's with that kind of thread and i am surprised adr hasn't. but a fake cue could still have the right joint
if i was coping a cue especially a old and sort after one i would make sure i used the correct parts and make it look as good as possible to the original one. i am not saying for 1 minute it is a fake the only thing that i noticed and it might just be the angle of the pic. the 1st pics of the badge it looks very ill fitted and the badge looks very clean and bright for a cue this old there is no wear on the lettering at all which you would expect from using the cue . plus it looks like the badge as raised lettering and shiny like enamil i have never seen a h&0 badge like that or is it just the angle of the pic?

Hi Ste, I cleaned the cue with Dunlop 65 Lemon Oil the other day and it brought a shine to the cue including badge, the badge is worn and the letters are raised like on many of these. If you send me your email addy, then I will send you pics before I cleaned it that will show wear on badge coz I cannot upload anymore.

Hi SteBed, If you look at the second post of this thread from me of the Name Badge then you will see clearly the wear and tear of the badge, The badge also has a faint green ring around the outside which is probably giving you the illusion that the badge is not fitted correctly. I'm not going to try and convince anymore as to be honest I cant be bothered and Ive got more important things to worry about. Thanks everybody for the imput tho as Ive learn t a few things as well. cheers.,

i am not taking sides in this, but just let the bloke sell the cue now. In my opinion people who should be asking questions about it are the ones who are genuinely interested in buying it. good luck with sale

                              Hi,
Were all black plate H&O only using the short thick brass joints?
I have seen green H&O with a variety of joint types but the black H&O that I have seen only had the thick brass joint--but I have not seen a lot--so I am just wondering.
Were all green plates made by Aeon or just some of them?
                              Thank you.
