So you paid him and he never sent the cue , as he then declined to sell what we assume to be a fake cue .

Totally out of order . Repayment should have been made instantly .

I concur with you totally. This Jason guy is way out of line. Since he had declined to sell the doubtful 'Ultimate' Cue and had agreed to refund the money, why is he dragging his feet now and not responding to the buyer? This is just too much. Remember folks, there is an element of fraud here, someone should just bring this matter up with the police!
