Best thing to do is email John Parris who might pass on your email address to person who bought the cue, then this person may contact you if he is prepared to sell.
Your obviously only interested in the number as you have no idea of specs or looks of this cue ?? Seems a bit daft to me, if number is all that is important why not just get a fake badge made and put it on a cue that you like ??
