All's not lost then is it, log in to your paypal account and when you bring up details of the transaction there should be a box to click on that says "refund money" just do that and you get your paypal fees back too

But the money i have transferred to my account isn't showing and i'm not doing anything till it does. Also it was 150 he transfered to me but 140 "overdrawn" in paypal for some reason so how does that work?

Maybe when a dispute, paypal just take back the money from you automatically, DONT send any more, just wait and see what happens first

That seems to be saying that you have to resolve the negative equity, which means you have to add funds ???
Dunno mate, my paypal is all verified and it does it all by itself ??

If you click on your paypal page where it says "held" it will give you more info i think, just monitor it for a week or so lol, i personally wouldn't add funds just in case, end of day you did your bit, make the fool wait

If you have refunded money into paypal, it will only take what is needed, DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO THE BUYER let paypal sort it out, you may end up with the £150 you have just put into paypal as a positive balance, so just keep an eye on it and withdraw it later on. Just be careful, and give the buyer a right ear bashing

Hope you get this sorted out. One thing thou you should take a bit of care when listing a cue you should not have put Dave Coutts name to this cue it may have saved any confusion as to who made it.
