Hope you get this sorted out. One thing thou you should take a bit of care when listing a cue you should not have put Dave Coutts name to this cue it may have saved any confusion as to who made it.

At first i thought it is a Dave cue. So i send you payment right away. Because you said on the top of your thread DAve coutt Professional cue
However Dave said he never made or customized the cue. So it is not a Dave Coutts cue that's why i want to get refund.


But paypal have not close the case yet.
So i didn't receive the money.
And if it cost you 10 for paypal fees. I will cover that and sent you 10 as gift payment. If you agree to refund.

I tried to PM you before i make the dispute on paypal. However you message box is full. I am not able to pm you.
I also sent you an email before i dispute on paypal. But you never reply me.

I am only interested in the cue if it's a real Dave Coutts cue. But it's nit that's why i want to get refund,

Not Happy with the guy that has bought this cue, he has put a none reciept strike in my paypal. My account is not verified and have 140 pound in the negative and not answering my reply at all. Plus losing my paypal fees. How do i resolve this?

Did you try pm me? Did you emailed me? And i am in Canada. Do you know the time difference? I just saw your message on paypal.

You are the first one with no reply, I tried to pm you and email you but without any answering.??? The only way i had to dispute with paypal.

I am buying cues form TSF members all the time. Already have 2 cues sent to Chris. Do you think that i try to cheat your cue or money something????? You describe it as a Dave cue then i found out it is not. Then i want to get refund. This is sample.
If you reply me email i might just take it for a part of my collection, but you never did, and i could pm you as well.

I asked you if Dave made the cue, you said you don't know and you said you friend got it off Dave. Then i found out it is not a Dave Coutts cue.

All's not lost then is it, log in to your paypal account and when you bring up details of the transaction there should be a box to click on that says "refund money" just do that and you get your paypal fees back too
Then never deal with the Chinese again, far too much trouble, he could of at least told you he changed his mind !!!!!!!!

I have dealt with many members and cue makers here, no trouble at all. I tired to PM him. But his message box is full so i couldn't pm him. I have sent him an email regarding this. But he never reply me. Paypal is the only way left for me.

Plus i never ask him to send the cue yet. I told him that i have to confirm with Chris then i will send him the shipping cost he will ship the cue to Chris. Or if Chris can't receive the cue for me then i will send him whatever cost to ship to Canada then he will ship the cue to me.

But after that i couldn't reach him. And i got reply from Dave saying it's not a Dave cue!!!! then i want get refund.
What's wrong with that??????

If you click on your paypal page where it says "held" it will give you more info i think, just monitor it for a week or so lol, i personally wouldn't add funds just in case, end of day you did your bit, make the fool wait

I could just take the cue if he reply my email or whatever as it's only 150 pounds. Now you guys making me want to my money back. I really wants to see how people and paypal judges this????

If what Suparman32 said is true about trying to contact the seller, i dont think he did anything wrong. The ad was misleading to be fair. And calling him a fool without knowing the facts is not very nice.

After that i could not pm him anymore.

hardly a scam is it, you didnt send the cue and have the payment which has been held by Paypal, badly listed imo, you cant just add Dave Coutts to the title - even if he did sell it doesnt make it a Dave Coutts cue unless he actually built it himself.

I do not want to be made to be the bad person here, I put a Cue for sale on here, which has been paid for by Bowen, who requested it to be posted on the 6th to someone in the uk. I AM NOT GOING TO SEND A CUE DURING EASTER WEEKEND AM I?

I transferred the money to my bank account (which is not in there) with that payment being held my paypal is 140 pound overdrawn so to speak. So i have had to put the £140 back into paypal and refunded Bowen the money BEFORE his replies. So if that money i transferred to my account doesn't reach I am 140 pound out of pocket for doing absolutely nothing wrong.

This is the first time i have used paypal for someone to pay me and hope this is all over nothing but as it stands at the minute with the money not going into my account I am £140 out of pocket.
