  • eBay Longer Cue

    Hi all,

For sale i have an un-named ash 3/4 cue at a length of 59.25 inch 19oz 9.4mm tip and a balance point of 16.5 inch.

This cue is a good player but in all honesty i feel needs a refurbishment as i am picky. Reason for sale is i have bought alot of cues recently looking for the "Holy Grail". To be honest it doesn't exist but i have found something that i am happy with so that'll do .

I paid 100 pounds for this but price I have in mind will reflect the need of a refurb. Open to offers but all prices offered will be plus postage.

    Kind Regards
    Timothy

Quality looking shaft that mate Good luck with the sale, I don't think it'll take too long :snooker:

Thanks matey, I would keep it but to be honest I'm getting rid of the temptation to swap cues after a bad session. I'm terrible for it!

Lol I'm the same, I often carry around 2 and if I miss a shot I've been known to change cue up to 6 times a game haha. Just carry 1 snooker and 1 pool now, although I do have 12 cues so easy to put wrong ones in case. Stopped changing them now though :snooker:

            Hi JRC,

I have just rang the bloke I purchased it from and the shaft is an antique cue that has been made/retapered to fit a butt that Dave Coutts has re-worked. The butt has been extended to make way for the flat to be cut off for a rounded cue butt (never even actually noticed until about 5 mins ago :S). Was unclear as to whether Dave made the butt from scratch not, I don't know. However I am sure whoever buys it will be chuffed to bits with it.

            Regards
            Tim

Forgot the pic of the joint.

                            Hi Tim
The spec's suit me can I ask if the cue is straight ? I'm fairly handy what would the cue require in the way of re-furb ?
                            Thanks
                            Simon

Just a sand down and re-finish to be honest. Nice cue too.
