Sorry buddy, I am unsure of the quality of Dunns cues, that is the exact reason I wouldn't chance one buying blind.

Looking for something with a bit more pedigree.

      Cheers for the offer though.

Really? Do you have any appreciation of the value of used snooker cues? You can pick up Peradon, Powerglide, old Riley, Joe Davis cues etc all for well under £100.

Having used and owned these cues before I would be happy to take a risk. Dunns are new to me and don't have that type of pedigree, and may be fantastic cues but I wouldn't risk it.

spend a couple of hours reading through the cues section.

Thanks ADR, not sure what I'm supposed to read up on, Dunns cues? As I said I'm sure they may make a decent cue, but I've no personal experience with them. From what I've seen on the forum you sell cues? Do you have anything, I'd up the budget for something nice! Cheers

it's not that so much it's that the cues you are mentioning as premium are not really these days they are premium name that sells cheap chinese cues at high prices.

yes i do none of the cue you stated are premium cues you can pick any up on ebay for well under £100. you sounded like you where
after a top end cue ie wooldridge/cook/white which if you can get for under £100 get me a few too. dunns cues are ok if the price is right under £100 if you after a good 3q maple try emailing andy travis to make you one i think for a plain ebony/maple cue there under £200 which is very cheap for a custom cue.

Hi Ste, no I didn't mention premium I'm certainly not seeking premium, just something with pedigree - those brands I mentioned have been making cues for decades and I am very familiar with what I'd be likely to get. ADR I know some of those brands recent output is chinese, but the used items I'd be looking at would certainly not be the modern ones. Thanks for all replies so far, I have had a few offers of cues so far, but welcome other suggestions.
