Hi JRC, your starting price is very high, what do these cue's normally go for?

Looks great! One of the best conditioned old cues I've ever seen :snooker:

        Usually more
But prices are struggling at moment on old cues, but don't want to give it away mate, if it don't sell i may accept close offers, if not back under the bed till the time is right

Good luck with the sale. I was always told that your opening bid should be low to attract interest and increase it's appeal, don't want to seem like I teaching you to suck eggs but maybe a lower starting bid with a reserve of £200?

Well i'm not brave enough to start cues at 99p lol, and having a reserve is the same as starting at £200 in my book, the real collectors know it's worth it (and more) so all depends if they already have one i suppose, got 33 people watching it, so hopefully the last 5 seconds it will go mad

That's a lot of watchers so you may well get a load of late bid's. It's a lovely looking cue a great collectors item as well.

An Alcock version of the Stevenson Champion cue 1016 record break just sold on ebay au for $356.

                      http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Vintage-Al...vip=true&rt=nc

My favourite players: Walter Lindrum (AUS), Neil Robertson (AUS), Eddie Charlton (AUS), Robby Foldvari (AUS), Vinnie Calabrese (AUS), Jimmy White, Stephen Hendry, Alex Higgins, Ronnie O'Sullivan, Dominic Dale and Barry Hawkins.
                      I dream of a 147 (but would be happy with a 100)
