Just in case you didn't realize, the Omin and unclevit extensions will fit both H&O and Robin Cook butt sockets and they're pretty cheap and much easier to find. I have 2 extensions here (tele + mini) but I can't sell them separately as they go with my unclevit maple cue I have for sale (CHEAP!)

That is incorrect. They both LOOK exactly the same, except in size.

I would say both are called "Spiroloc" but the smaller size ones are commonly known as "O min"

You would not be able to interchange them.

I have a couple of extensions which fit an 'unclevit' cue I have and they would be exactly the same as an Omin butt socket. I have also had here an older H&O and right now have a Tony Glover with spiral butt sockets and these extensions fit both of these cues.

I will admit the Omin socket/pin are slightly smaller, however this works out to be pretty convenient as the extensions fit in and lock up with just less than one complete turn. They are nice and tight and I have held the end of the tele-extension with it fitted to the H&O cue and it still stayed solid.

However, it might be you may get an Omin extension with a pin slightly smaller than normal and it might not tighten in an H&O or Robin Cook cue

That would be correct as well. i believe spiroloc are very common and they comes in slightly variable sizes.

My older robin cook has an Omin socket as i told robin that it is cheaper for me to get them locally

On my newer robin cook i had specifically told him i wanted spiroloc (bigger ones) since the smaller ones are easier to break and i felt that it does not provide a firmer feel.

Using the H&O now?

No, I didn't want to sell it but a local cue collector made me an offer I couldn't refuse!

It was a very good cue which I used when I was in Gloucester and it had a very solid hit but good control when in the balls
