Sanjay I have another suggestion, if you will allow me. Why not buy a donor cue , 1 piece , new or vintage in your specs , second hand on TSF or E-Bay. Then get seller to post the cue to a cue maker instead of to S,Africa and get it jointed and then cue maker posts to you.I can recommend , Dave Brown at Craftsmans and Tony Glover at Glover cues , both have jointed cues for me , admittedly at 3/4 , but both do centre joints ( Tony does a nice 5/16" invisible pin joint) and for less than £40. Just a thought.

It was a logical suggestion, Sanjay, from what I have experienced.I have generally found that most " mainstream " centre joint cues of yesteryear e.g.Powerglide, B.C.E. , Rileys etc were made at 57" and below. It is rare to find a 58" or 59" cue unless it was a custom build ( expensive) , however there were a lot of vintage i.e.50,60s,70s and 80s one piece made to 58" and above.I think you will have more luck sourcing a one piece of this era and getting it jointed. I have sent two e-mails to you (fingers crossed) , one is of a Riley Burwatt ( Aeon manufactured ), that shows centre jointing at its best and the second of a cue , 3/4, that Glovers did for me , which shows the quality of his work. Both used 5/16" whitworth threads and show what is acheivable. Hope this helps , good luck in your search.
