  • eBay Phoenix cue

Really nice 3/4 split machine spliced Phoenix cue for sale.
Cue has an amazing shaft with 7 lovely chevrons which wouldn't look out of place on a JP Ultimate cue it's that good !!! plus a blank underbelly for very smooth cueing. 4 splices of Burmese rosewood over ebony butt with maple veneers. Cue is in A1 condition, and fitted with one of their laminated tips which is really nice.

Specs: 58", 9.7 mm ferrule, 18.5 oz, 17 1/2" balance point, 3/4 split at 14", 29.5 mm butt, the joint is very similar to Parris's

Price £90 including delivery (UK only, sorry)

looks lovely indeed, how is the stiffness ?
and is there a possibility of reducing ferrule size to 9 mm ?

Shaft is very stiff, plays really nice.
Obviously it could be taken down to 9mm, but i feel the cue should stay as it is as it's just about perfect.
(Buyer would need to organize any modifications themselves)

Yeah sorry mate, but i find people are not prepared to pay the postage, it would cost £64.25 to post to Israel tracked, so you would be looking at £140 delivered !!! (£41.10 un tracked, so say £115 delivered, but not my problem once it leaves my hands !!)
And yes i know interparcel etc may be cheaper, but i'm not in a position to get it picked up during the day, have to drop it off after work at post office so limited to parcelforce

I am always counting the postage as well.
last month I bought an andy travis cue from a forum member here, postage was 44£ including tracking, he used parcelforce via fedex.
So if u add the 45 pounds for your 90, make it 135 total, its still a bargain if u ask me.

Someone should buy this cue. If I hadn't just bought a Phoenix, I would. The flat belly is something else, like JCR says, it's a smooth a surface as you'll find on any cue at any price. These cues are bargains. And that is a very good looking cue, classy.
Harder than you think is a beautiful thing.

I think mickl_kl from Israel may well be buying it, he has a friend coming to UK soon, so will save him on postage, if it doesn't materialise i will get back to you, but it's cheap enough already
