How long is the butt in its entirity? Looks like the facesplice is quite a bit longer than an original burwat. Has a nice look to it though, always thought the originals could have been a bit longer.

The original 1st editions would have had a shorter front splice but didnt think that would look that good these days, splices are 18.5 inches long, Satinwood is 11 inches, Lead wood is 9 inches. Should be quite a bit shorter in the butt, but wanted it to balance and feel like a modern cue so it will play well.
