Tony s replicas are superlative because he understands " older " cues.ADR rates him for refurbishement work on older cues and I can say that any work he has done for me , in ash,maple or pear , jointing , new ferrules etc has been quality work.As I have said before , he has a bench jig he uses/used to use to replicate exact tapers on cues.You can take him any type of cue , modern or vintage/antique and he can copy it exactly.It will cost and along with the length of the burr on the Inman butt I think that is what would have made the cue expensive in the first place.Like you said you may take a " hit " price wise , but recently Glover cues are doing well on e-bay.
