In that case I'd tell eBay what he's up to, they should take action. People often claim it's broke if they don't get the price they want. In taking action it's sometimes more about causing them dissatisfaction than giving me satisfaction. It's just wrong letting people get away scot free, no deterrent.

Problem is how do I prove it, I know its the same cue, and I knew by his attitude that he did not get the price he wanted, but the original listing and pictures are now gone?

in ebay, click on the Advanced option next to the Search button, scroll down a bit and check the Completed Listings, you should find old listings.

I do see some BCE cues listed from 2010, but maybe there is a way to remove permanently the listing, not sure myself (me not being a dodgy-type person - of course )
            all the best

Now here's the really annoying part, he posted the same cue for sale last week, and now has three Ebay accounts.

I hope you get satisfaction out of whatever course of action you take, people like this drive me nuts.

              Good Luck
Sounds like my experience with Mr Muculloch of Wallersey, sadly he has so many accounts that he has tarred the whole of Wallersey, so I wont bid on any of their inhabitants items, and anyone bidding on mine will have their bids deleted. In short eBay don't give a flying if you prove anything or not, so don't waste your time!

That's what I thought, lesson learned and the three accounts I know of blacklisted on my PC
