  • Wanted Wanted- aramith 1g balls

Where is the best place to buy these?

It's probably easiest to get them off a reputable Ebay seller.

It's always good to keep an eye out on EBay, but I got mine from Craftsman excellent service and highly recommended......

Also I think a member on here was selling some 1G sets on here cheap, my mate bought a set and they were all brand new.

But IMO I don't think the 1G's are worth the extra money cause I weighted my set of Aramith tournament champion set (in the blue and gold box) and there's no more than a 1 gram between them all.....

But then again I could of been lucky with my set!!

I don't think it's worth the extra anyway. A regular set of TC's and a nice carry case and you can't go too far wrong.

They do come with a nice case though don't they? Which makes them not that much more than buying both if you buy a new retail case.

I would make them a lot more......

Cause I bought my TC's from Craftsmans for about the £100 mark and then I got my case from snookerpoolman on here for £30.

So would make them about £60 more expensive....

Or you could have made your our case for them like JRC did and would have saved yourself even more money.

              Cases are usually 40-50
Tournament champion are 110 plus postage on craftsman site.
So they are about 30 more which isn't too much of you ask me. Not that I would notice 2g difference the way I play :P

Of course that is true if you can't be bothered to shop around for the cheapest deals.....

I spoke with craftsman over the phone and Snookerpoolman gives TSF member discounts so in my case mine were quite a bit cheaper, but yes you correct if you just bought them off the shelf!!

But I have to agree with you i don't notice the difference either.

they are £132 at trade so if craftsman are selling them at £140 they are mad! - that said if people really want them let me know and i will see what i can do.

I think this balls are to heavy for the club cloth. They are great for the star table but there are only 2 star table in the club and price for them is £8 per hour and very rare they are available to play. I also have the previous aramith balls used 3 times £80 plus postage.

                              @ x53,

May I ask where you got them from because I have never seen "SuperPro1g" written on a case, very neat..

                              Thank you.
