My cue had a standard airlock on it just like that. I think he tried a couple of joints out over time but I'm not sure exactly what he used I am just 100% sure that he used airlock joints at times.

I asked Dan to replace the joints in an old cue of mine and those were the same joints that he used on my cue

Why ask Mike?
Dan told me years ago that he used many different joints from various sources and requests by customers.
Also that cue you showed is a Shelton with a joint anyone could source and fit.

pinky plays great i couldnt pass buy a billiard expo in shanghai and ended up with another cue that came with extentions and everything and it turned out the chinese extentions match with the pinky too. and i got a free pink chalk so now its a complete set
