My budget is £250 maximum. Less would be better.

try greenbaize cues stu as some package deals on the web site or he will make you one up you should just get a 3q mastere cue both extensions and a case for 250.

psst, older/used ones are not necessarily less money

also, Stu Green at Green Baize (www.greenbaize.com) sells Mastercue cues which where on your list, so why not have a look, wont hurt

Why would you choose cue craft over peradon?
I'm from Germany and I read in a german snooker forum, that Mastercue, O'min and Peradon are very good for ambitioned new snookerplayers. As i mentioned above, I'm open for other manufacturers. Can you recommened me some? I'm very new into this.

Given your budget i'd go new with either plain ebony butt, top graded shaft on Mastercue, Phoenix, Craftsman etc add in extensions, maybe a halo style case or leatherette tube case and it would still be well under £250... But it sounds like you know best for yourself...
Don't let the fear of losing be greater than the excitement of winning...
