Yeah selling it guys. Im raging am selling it but my cue action is know where near good enough to play with a 7mm tip. Im only new to cue sports really and only play pool. Its wasted sitting in my house. although other members have said about sending it to parris and adding length to it so the tip can be made bigger. again i dont no the first thing about going about this. If theres a decent offer made ill sell no problem if not then ill look into getting this work done.

Just phone parris tell him what you have and what you want doing couple of inches off the top to take the tip to around 9mm and then say 4 nice splices of cocobolo to add the length back and reset the badge. If I was you that's the way I would go

Someone had it done not to long ago on the forum I would say around 150/180 for all of the work depending on woods used.

karlos kandango's thread about the butchered Wooldridge cue was the one. Ended up with a good result.

Oddly enough they don't seem to stock coco bolo, not an option in the cue builder at least .

See i never knew this could be done. If i dont get asking price then ill go ahead and get it upto a 58" and 8.5mm tip as it to good of a cue. Cheers for the insight guys.

Hey guys just of the phone there with Parris. At the most depending on woods its gonna be about £150 that rose wood and 4 splices all the work carried out and will take about 4weeks. thats taking to a 58" with 8.5mm (keeping in mind i only play 8ball pool). So if theres no takers its getting sent away on monday. Ps cheers for the advice guys.

I would still advise getting it made to 58" but bigger than 9mm tip as 8.something mm will still restrict it mostly to pool players and therefore make it harder to sell and you won't get as good a return on it.

Get it made to proper snooker spec and it will go for the normal ultimate price which is high, particularly with recent JP refinishing proof. Loads more snooker players looking for an ultimate than pool players.
