I would still advise getting it made to 58" but bigger than 9mm tip as 8.something mm will still restrict it mostly to pool players and therefore make it harder to sell and you won't get as good a return on it.

Get it made to proper snooker spec and it will go for the normal ultimate price which is high, particularly with recent JP refinishing proof. Loads more snooker players looking for an ultimate than pool players.

Not sure if I agree with this unless you are buying just to sell on?

If you get the cue custom made to snooker spec when you mostly play UK 8 ball perhaps might not make it feel right for your pool and you may end up selling it as you prefer the feeling of a smaller tip... so not sure if it will do you any favours!

This cue is cusom made for you so I would just make sure you get it to the spec that you prefer to give it the best opportunity to hopefully make it your cue for life :-)

Hey buddy havent recieved a message from you sorry. Still havent sent it away yet still in two minds on what spec. Incase I dont like it 8.5isnt every snooker spec like said. But 9mm is to big for pool. Played snooker there the other nyt wif a 8.3 custom dragon cue and it was prefect. Im no big snooker breaker but I thought it was 100%
