And you told me you were trying to get hold of craftsman then a day or 2 days later wrote this as if I'm in the wrong how can I give you a refund when I ain't got your money. I thought you were alright and we've dealed with other cues before that were fine. Look mate I'm sorry it's not what you wanted and I would be pissed aswell but I have tried to sort it out the cue is a lovely cue and why you don't get in contact with craftsman I don't know as you said yourself you wanted to keep the cue because it plays really well.
How exactly have you tried to sort it out mate? Have you even asked your "friend" to refund me? You admit you would be pissed off if it was you but you are not trying to get me my refund or get your "friend" to contact craftsman direct as he bought the cue new 2 months ago. Also you are saying its not your responsibility even though YOU were selling the cue for your friend. You should have checked the cue properly before you sold it, also I paid the money in to your PayPal account not his so you have to assume some of the responsibility, no? I have spoke to craftsman twice and emailed them the photos but I still haven't had a response and I'm not surprised. I bought another phoenix cue which arrived yesterday morning I'm playing with that now and I'm happy with it so I'm gonna have to sell this for a loss as I'm never gonna get a refund. Yes we have done a deal before without any problems but still TSF members beware, do not buy a cue from centurysnooker if he is selling it for a friend and definitely DO NOT pay by PayPal gift

Mate I don't have time to run around all day trying to save you £10 if that's all it costs to fix it I do actually work and don't sit on tsf all day. I tried to be reasonable and get your money back and for him to get in contact with craftsman but think your being a big kid about this really. I do accept responsibility but I ain't losing money out of my own pocket and I would have proberly paid to get it fixed if my mate didn't but looks like you couldn't wait to write a description about how bad a dealer I am. This is the first deal I've done that's gone wrong and I've done quiet a few and I won't be selling cues for mates now if the cue ain't in great condition I just took a pals word for it and he gave me the receipt. Next time I won't assume that it's not got any damage and check first. I said I'm sorry about it and I do hope you get your money back.

What a terribly rude response, I'd just like to clarify a few things
        1: I also have a job
        2: I'm not acting like a child, I just wanted a refund
3: it will cost £40 inc courier costs to fix
4: I only wrote this review due to your lack of response
6: I still had the decency to mention we have done deals before and that you were a good guy
5: I was obviously mistaken, your last post shows your true character

That was the only decency you showed in your last post which was extremely rude

5 comes before 6 my lack of response? I was waiting for you to tell me about craftsman to tell me how much it would cost or if it would be free so I could tell my mate if you remember rightly. Then I look on here the other day when I was checking if you had messaged me and BANG you've put it up for sale and wrote a bad report on me when I was actually trying to sort it. As for being a kid that's not being rude really when you've started all this over nothing just because you havnt heard from craftsman. I even said you were reasonable for not going mad straight away because I would have been pissed off aswell but your true colours have obviously shown aswell. Cheers pal

I tried to respond but your inbox was full, I asked for a refund I didn't get 1 and you have admitted you didn't check the cue and sold it anyway. Most TSF members will agree with me that you are not taking responsibility for something that is your fault, you didn't check the cue before you sold it. I'm taking a wild guess that you live at home with your parents?

So why didn't you just tell me that or even better ring my mate as his number was on the receipt. Are you actually asking that!! If you wanna know i moved when i was 15 actually. Anything else you wanna know about me? What's my hobbies? What I do for work? You got the cue cheap and you listed that you bought the cue for £180 when you got brand new extension with it never mentioned that did ya. I'm still being honest are you?

Yeh I am being honest as I stated it here: http://www.thesnookerforum.co.uk/boa...481#post694481
Also anyone who has enquired knows the full story from the other thread as there has only been 2 people and the best offer I've had so far is £100 inc postage which is a £90 loss as I paid £190 inc postage but lucky me I get to keep a scratched 2nd hand extension worth £30! I have emailed your mate twice with no response, rang him once got no answer so I am not chasing someone who I can't get hold of when YOU sold me the cue, it was your PayPal address, you posted it but you didn't even check the cue 1st which is your mistake. I mentioned you maybe living at home cos you are 19-20 so I thought maybe you still lived at home and you are not used to being responsible for your mistakes, sorry it was a silly assumption.

Thanks mate, I understand where your coming from as you are stuck in the middle but your mate is being a knob and should be trying to sort this out instead of us arguing or me losing a fair bit of cash

Thanks mate. To be honest that's pretty much what they said to me but they said they would need to see photos to be sure cos if its not a manufacturer fault they aren't responsible so I emailed them photos as requested and never heard anything. I rang them later and they said they would call me back once him and Dave looked at the photos but I never got a response...

Cue has sold through eBay. I was left with £97 after fees and postage so that's a £93 loss but I did get to keep the telescopic extension so I couldn't be happier lol
