400 is cheap for a brand new custom wooldridge cue not sure he will make anything on it eBay will take 10% then PayPal fees end up with around 350 if he sold it for 400

Just wait till the shop opens again. Then you can get a cue to your spec and guaranteed brand new. Shouldn't be too long..
