  • eBay Selling a Red glue Parris Superior Cue + case + extension

Hi Im selling my red glue parris superior cue.

    58'' 17oz 9.5mm
    29mm butt dia (aprox)
I bought this cue from gav who is working with Mike.
It's a very nice cue which has NO Marks on it. Very difficult to find a red glue cue like this. It's as new. Selling this because it's too light for me. I dont want to alter this cue as it's a red glue and as new. It's has a little bit whippy shaft.

Bought as 450 will sell it the same price posted.
for more pic please email lingjiecai18@gmail.com

    Thanks for looking.IMG_0110.jpgIMG_8352.jpgIMG_8307.jpgIMG_7393.jpgIMG_3961.jpg

    3 Apr Update.
    Balance point is at 16''5.

    Will accept £400 posted.

Looks a nice cue mate but I only use 1 piece cues so not for me. Just so you know the red glue mark is not that rare or old despite what you would think. Parris cues were using that particulat adhesive on all their cues until about 4 years ago he changed as it can leave an ugly mark round the splicing, so who knows the cue might only be 4 years old. Good luck with the sale

About the red glue I dont want to misled anyone so thanks for pointing this out. There was some argue about it and I never asked Parris cue about it. It's in such a good condition because Mike refinished and referrule the cue.

Someone will tell you when John is making a cue he used the red glue as he is not making cues now they are not using the red glue. Some will tell you that the red glue means nothing. The only way to find out is ask John.

The red glue was actually something they used to use for a while so people would know if it was a parris cue or not, eventually though people copying the cues caught on and started mimicking the red glue and they've not used it in around 5 or so years now.

People also are under the impression that it was used a lot during the time when John Parris was more actively involved in making the cues, that's open to debate as he's had staff working with him on cues for quite some time now.

Never think of this problem when I bought this cue. No problem. Cheers.
