Who knows what's really going on but this kind of feedback will probably be much more expensive than the price of a cue.

I wouldn't be surprised if the real reason is that they have taken on a big order for China and Thailand and they can't cope with it so the quality and finish is suffering. Pity really as in the past Ive found them very good..

Decided to remove this cue from sale. Going to send it back to Dave at Mastercraft and see if we can come to a solution.
