And more importantly, how does it play with the spotted white ?

It plays good, nice stiff shaft with a solid feel, and seems to carry the side the length of the table.

i think thats a bit overpriced as Andy never sold his cues at that price. Even on ebay most of his cues went around 150 quid or less.

Its overpriced as he bought the cue off fedia and fedia always overprices his cues

fedia had this listed at an outrageous £450 didn't he? Still overpriced but it looks lovely :snooker:

                i wont deny

I really like the look of the shaft. it is a lovely looking cue overall but as we all know in the funny world of cue prices the best is not always the priceiest.

Yes guys you are perfectly correct, I did buy the cue from Fedia, and thought he had it listed for a high price too at the time.
Fortunately he offered me a trade price which was just a few pounds more than what he paid for it himself, and that's exactly what I'm doing. Offering it for just a couple of pounds more than I paid myself.

It's a nice stiff potter and the shaft actually looks a little more darker and more mature in daylight, than it does in the pictures.

With regards to it being listed for a higher price than what Andy used to sell them for...well, isn't that the same for some of the other cue makers that have retired?

Hi Jim, I'm not surprised now he knows how much his cues are selling for

Do you know if it's true, that he's made cues for the likes of Graeme Dott and Stephen Maguire?

Graham Dott - this is a well known story, Graham went to Andy many years ago to get a custom cue, while there he picked up a cue in the corner that Andy himself had not rated at all, and only till recently (early last year?) did Graham change cue. I believe now that cue is hanging in Robert Osborne's workshop.
Stephen Maguire - not sure, but would not be surprised if Stephen has had one in the past - anyone?
