Same applies to any cue maker. What do you expect him to do, say sorry John you'll have to wait 18 months like everyone else. Trev, MW, Dave coutts, they would all do the same. The difference is these pros need a cue, club players don't.

John Higgins must be one of the hardest players to please there is. I don't get why he gets into insane specifics like the flat on the butt being a certain length, just seems like he's being overly fussy and focusing more on that than if the cues a good player or not.

Hard to say, for one we really don't know when the orders are placed, dott could have put his order in a long time before actually receiving them. O' Sullivan was waiting a long time for a JP cue and was using an Osborne in the interim, in the video on their site for one of ronnies cues John did mention that if they didn't have a selection of shafts ready at that time he could have been waiting up to a year, and in the case of the Osborne cue it was certainly a good few months if not a season of using it before receiving a few ultimate's to try.

I'll soon let you all know next week as Johns popping over to my workshop.
We've also all kinda went off the thread for Jonathan as he is trying to sell his cue.
          Respect.

No just wants me to check a few things over.
If I had more ash with his grain then I would certainly make him another.
Getting more ash soon so you never know.

I gotta say I would have been shocked if that cue did suit John as he always Prefers the grain/arrows going Opposite Way towards him!
