I have a 1pc Green Baize cue which is right on your specs. The cue was customized for a pro (not sure which one) and he had his pick of a maple or ash one and he chose the maple so I bought the ash. The nameplate was removed and replaced with an ebony splice so it has a round butt. I would say this is a really good playing cue with a medium to medium-stiff hit and butt diameter is around 28.5mm.

I can send you photos if you PM me your email address. Cue has never been used except to be tested by the pro and myself and is perfectly straight. Price would be reasonable and right around what I paid for it without the shipping lumped in.
