so sorry but after searching high and low, I then asked the wife where the push-on Extenda was, after a bit of explaining she said "oh that thing, that went out with the rubbish when we moved" !

You can get them at John Parrot's site. I have one here that's brand new however the shipping to you would make it too expensive I figure. It's one of the good ones and comes with a mini-DVD on coaching from John Parrot too (still in package although I may sell it this weekend, not sure).
They are also great to turn a regular rest into a long butt rest so I take one with me to tournaments
