                Was actually mine 1st, then he saw it and really wanted it so i swopped it with him for some other cue, (can't remember which), then he had a ferrule fitted, then i bought it back lol
                He now plays mainly with a Burwat i got, which was too thick for me, but suits him fine. That and the '29 Lindrum which was his, then i got, then swopped it back. Cue merry go round every Tuesday night

                  Good lad Phil, pass my regards when you see him - I'm still on the look out for that tight ash cue that he loves.
                  Bit of a strange one, but he sold me a "dubiously badge" willie smith cue - but bought as such, lovely player, which I had made into a YOA replica, and he saw the cue on ebay and inquired about buying it saying he liked the grain .

                    Aye he's a sucker for a straight grained cue, thing is tho he can play well with any cue, makes me sick !!
