Well done Cantonguy, you're a braver man than me, why are pool cues so much? Are they inlaid with expensive stuff?
This is how you play darts ,MVG two nines in the same match!

yes , they are inlay with expensive stuff ... take a look examples at : www.blackcues.com by Richard Black , genuine old Balabushka or Szamboti . Price could be more than 10 grands.

I would consider selling at around the £20k mark, As they are all in Top leather Cases. They are all tucked away in a safe place, When i do bring them out it's just to clean up the ferrule. My favorite is a 3/4 JPU. It's been over a year since i last potted a ball on a snooker table. Miss it like mad. Struggle to play more than a frame

Come on Guy's, I know i wont get that sort of cash for them. I'm a collector and they will never be sold.

I hope that's not through health reasons G30, we all have a choice what we spend our money on, and I can see the aesthetic beauty in cues made by the top guys today, and the history behind the older ones, I just have a thing in my mind that I don't feel a cue is a cue unless it's played with, I know that's not true but it's just the way I feel about them, they are created to be used.

I agree with you to a point, But i was chasing that perfect Cue and the collecting got a bit out of control It would be very hard for me to part with them, But if the right offer came along for the full collection i would consider it:snooker:

Now that I can understand lol. I have a few cheap cues and one half decent one , just finding out what I need in a cue, and I haven't parted with any of them, I keep saying I will but they are still all in cases in the house.
