Wanted decent but cheap snooker cue

don't know much about cues but would like a decent one if anyone has one lying around they would like to sell.

Do you want one piece cue or a 3/4 cue?
What sort of budget can you afford?
What tip size do you prefer?
What length (58 inches is standard)?

This helps narrow it down.
