For Sale , my wonderful Alan Day hand made snooker and pool spec two shaft cue , don't know what the wood is but it really is fantastic specs are 57 1/2 inch inc tip 9 mm shaft 73/4 inch splices 8 mm shaft 5 3/4 inch splices 18.25 oz Balance 18 inches No difference in weight or balance with either shaft fitted looking for 150 plus del

Badge has been out at some point so has the tell tale marks MW supertip fitted to the pool shaft pics don't do the cue justice

Hi buddy, don't worry about emailing me now. Is there any chance of some extra pictures of the shafts please? Very tempted if I'm honest :snooker:

To be honest the cue plays really well but both shafts look very ordinary

Its how a shaft plays that really matters anyway!

That is so true , sometimes we get blinkered with all this evenly spaced chevron business !!!

I don't really care about the chevron and their spacing but I do like very straight and fairly close side grain as it tells me there are no knots in the shaft wood.

I have a really nice old Craftsman Majestic which you would not believe how close and straight the side grain is !!! very unusual !!! I doubt that you could get ash like this anymore ?
