Yeah it is not easy getting a decent price, but on the flip side if you have any money spare it is a good time to buy !
Edit: and struggled to sell it at my low price lol

Why have prices come down so much do you think?

              I dream of a 147 (but would be happy with a 100)

I understand the skint bit but I am surprised that there are no new collectors with money from China (for example). Do they only want new cues rather than antique cues?

It's definitely a case of not many new collectors.. when something really rare that many collectors who've been buying cues for years don't have comes up, the prices are still good. It's the old but not all that rare (most collectors will have a good one), usually not good playing cues, that are really being hit hard.

There are collectors from asia buying cues - chap called Richard is buying every other vintage cue that pops up atm so he certainly has some brass. But seems to be paying too much for common cues, like £100 for a £50 cue, and not bidding on anything that goes higher, even if the cue might be worth it

Then you get cues like this... I hope the buyer is feeling sore.

Could it not be that they were overpriced originally? The market dictates the price I guess
