Hii all
I have just bought a Parris Champion to replace my previous playing cue which is in need of repair and I now no longer need it hence the sale!
This cue is an old Peradon cue when they were made properly before they went mass produced ! Only 50 of these cues were made and i bought this from Cannock Snooker Shop (now closed) some 25 years ago. The cue was originally one piece, then made into 3/4 and then I sent to Tony Glover to make it back into a one piece and change the specs for me on it as I used this cue since i started playing when i was 13! Tony done a very good job dowling the cue together making into a one piece cue with specs of 58" 9.5 tip 18oz but when not playing very well bashed it into the ground and the bit where it was dowled has broken so will need to be re-done ......tony glover charged me £70 to do this and did a very good job my own stupidity and temper broke it! I wished to change to a parris ages ago and having done so dont want to spend anymore money on it ! seems a waste to stick in a cupboard when with some TLC will become a great playing cue again. I am looking to sell at a decent price for someone who wants a refurbish project so any offers welcome! just reply to thread or pm me.
Thanks
Tommo
