The Cue Craft Aluminium cases are great, however if you wanted something nicer I have a case that was made for me that I only use to store cues that fits what you are after. Lovely antiqued brown leather with light colour interior and brass hinges and catches with two straps for extra securing. it would come out just a little over your budget but if you fancied treating yourself let me know
