I bought this cue off Jason originally, if it hasn't been altered its 28.4mm at butt,, and the taper is 11.7mm @6" 13.6mm @12" and 21.3mm @18".
Having said that it was 57" and 17.75oz?
Has a very nice shaft this cue, if you like a slim taper and a slim butt. Hope this helps.

I have bought this cue as I was intrigued and do like a slim butt and taper. Going to give it a clean and a refinish then take it for a knock with it at some point this week.

Don't be surprised if it comes up for sale again soon as I am prone to 'cue churn'.....that is a bona fide condition also known as 'having the stuprees'
