Yep, that black mark on the socket is present in some of the cue pics on his website

The reason why cue is back up for sale is due to timewaister, & as for the cue, I bought it of a someone who didn't tell me where he got it from, I know I didn't get it from Jason, so since members here are saying it's Jason Owen's replica, I will amend Ebay listing. Thanks for the info guys.
