  • eBay John Parris original white plate

I am selling my John Parris original white plate cue which he made for me from his home in Bromley back in the 1980's.
It's one of the first 3/4 cues he ever made with black ebony butt, it has a full ash extension with white plate inlaid.
I am trying to find the right buyers for this cue, I spoke with John Parris and he recommended eBay, but I
    Would prefer a personal approach
    Any help would be appreciated

when in the 80s would the cue have been made?

It would have been made in approximately 1988/89.
It was made in his garage work shop at his home by shortlands station in Bromley.
The term white plate describes the fact that the plate is white and says nothing apart from John parris. This was used on cues from this period.
I will try and upload photos but I'm struggling at the moment

from what I understand JP moved to Forest Hill site not long after you bought this cue. Do you know when JP started making cues in his "shed"?

He wasn't quite making them in a shed, he had a small workshop in his garage.
Don't know when he started, but I was playing out of penge at the time and he just started making cues for steve davies. He had the cheque up on the side in the work shop
