I would think the biggest extra "hidden" cost you will probably get hit with is import duty if it is shipped from Bangkok. You may be very lucky and it slips through, but normally you will have to pay import duty and VAT, the amount you would pay will depend on the value they declare for the cue, likely it will be somewhere in the region of £20 - £40.

Very easy to deal with Jack in my experience. Prompt email replies. Very accurate cue specs. Beautiful wood splices all lined up nicely. Nice to see his website finally up and running. When life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade. Make life take the lemons back. GET MAD!!

I've often been put off dealing with businesses overseas due to the hidden fees and such and I'm not a keen fan of paypal anyway. I guess the problem is the price I'm quoted in the price I want to pay, not find that I'm hit with other charges which ends up costing £50 more than I'd agreed.
When you confirm the order paypal will send you the requested money in THB
In the other hand if you not prefer paying via Paypal you can choose banking transfer that will be more save to paying fee.
And I am now thinking about changing the currency to GBP instead of THB to make oversea customer get more comfortable.

Currently the website is a little bit lacking in information about this and the T&C are little bit vague.
we will try our best to improve.
