      Hi Jack.

I may be coming to bangkok end of may.Is it possible to pay/order a cue and pick it up while i'm in bkk.

And what sort of saving would that be as i see from your website your prices include delivery.

Really love the hendry rep on your site.

      Cheers.

      Kop Kun Krup.

Just a general question about paying in different currencies, do you have to work this out for yourself via a currency converter or does the seller send you an invoice through paypal, if that is your chosen payment method, and then you pay the amount requested?

I've often been put off dealing with businesses overseas due to the hidden fees and such and I'm not a keen fan of paypal anyway. I guess the problem is the price I'm quoted in the price I want to pay, not find that I'm hit with other charges which ends up costing £50 more than I'd agreed.

I think if you do a bank transfer then there will be a small charge but PayPal will be the price only.

With Paypal the only " hidden charge" for want of a better word is that their exchange rate might not be quite as favourable to you. No different to buying your euro's for your hols. On a 10,000 Bhat cue we're only talking a tenner max I would guess. No big deal I would have thought. Daresay Jack would quote you a sterling price if you asked. Cues look a bargain and I'm sorely tempted even although I have promised myself never to "buy blind" again. Lol.

Cheers guys. I've followed their facebook page for about 2 years now and I've always been impressed with the quality of work they produce. Nice to see a good fully functioning website which allows ease of use which of course makes it all the more tempting!

However with my Maximus Ultimate due to arrive in the next week or so I must refrain myself too.

When you pay with paypal (if paying on your credit card rather than paypal balance) you have the option of taking the paypal exchange rate or your credit cards exchange rate, normally your credit card exchange rate will be a bit better, but its not a huge difference. I think you have to watch the way you make payment, ie if you pay by paypal gift then you do not have the same rights if there are any problems.

that is why I was hoping for the owner of tonpraram to give us a little more info based on placing an order through the site and what happens about payment.
Currently the website is a little bit lacking in information about this and the T&C are little bit vague.
