Thats why I contacted Robert, he wouldnt say in email they fake, but that he just makes his own cues (Osborne). On blue plate grain doesnt match up (centre join for pool) but in fairness not a bad playing cue, nice weight/feel I just thought if genuine would have been a lot more than my friend paid as seen a couple go for quite a lot on ebay.

I am sure they were around the 160 mark I have seen the odd blue plate and they are realy well finished cues
even though they where machine spliced i am 100% sure osborne hasnt made these or had them made
for quite a few number of years.if your mate bought one 4months ago either fake or very very old stock.

I doubt these are old stock, they would be more expensive if they were.
I contacted the website years ago about these specific cues and didn't get a comprehensive reply and have never been back since.
            Up the TSF! :snooker:

This one is more like it, but don't forget to add on money for extensions

actually jrc750, this one more like it. http://www.8ballstore.com/products/H...Joint-Cue.html

i am pretty sure will hunt did not get back working with osborne again...unless otherwise if they are still readily available and could be made to spec, i believe far east buyers would have snapped them up long ago...... and yes, the extensions does not come cheap too.
