Stamford Series 1 cue + two extension + case

for sale this beautiful 2 piece ash / plain jet black ebony butt Stamford Series 1 cue. secret join is wood to wood so its plays great with nice feedback and when assembled its hard to spot that its joined in the middle . cue comes with 6'' ebony mini butt, telescopic extension and decent quality 3/4 cue craft case. case will not fit telescopic extension but will fit small tele.

cue is in immaculate condition except tiny ding at the bottom of the butt and the ash under the ferrule is ever so slightly concave which i assume was done by careless sanding of the tip / ferrule by previous owner.

Beautiful cue dont see many stamfords around. Such a shame its a centre join 3/4 or 1 piece idve had it. Will go very quickly im certain. Goodluck.

its indeed a lovely piece of wood , cracking cue. I'm only selling it to fund a new cue. whoever buys it won't be disappointed.

Why would the joint worry you ? I have a hand spliced Dennis Taylor , centre joint , 5/16" pin , wood to wood joint , cue made in the 80s . The cue is perfect and the joint still lines up correctly to this day . If the joint is fitted correctly it will give no problems , Tony Glover uses this joint even today , I know because I have had cues jointed the same as the Stamford listed.
