Vat and customs doesn't that depend on the labels when you fill in the forms? I heard if you list it for repair or return you can get around the customs and duty. I got hit for a 100£ bill from customs sending a cue over for repair.

You can list all sorts of things but that doesn't mean the customs people will take any notice. They tend to do what the hell they want, being who they are. Also, that would be not telling the truth which is a bit of a risk. I still think it's a great cue at a fair price for what and where it is.
